Going for the Gold [Deals]

July was packed full of travel. My wife, Diana, and I took a two-week-long road trip from Dallas, TX to Salt Lake City, UT. Along the way, we stopped to hike and mountain bike rides whenever we had the chance. When we arrived in Salt Lake, we were met by Abigail to attend the Sharper Workshop. Networking with other entrepreneurs, seeing my friend Gary Harper, and improving our business practices was a great added bonus to finding some adventures and spending time with my family.

Of course, none of these adventures were met without working in the car, marketing research and analysis of all the places we traveled through, and a property tour. That's a huge reason I love this business; all of these things can happen simultaneously, adding much more to my quality of life. 

Once back in Texas, we hit the ground running even harder and started to make plans for implementing things we took away from the Sharper Workshop while never letting our multifamily machine stop. 

As we approach the end of the summer and quarter 2 we are still going strong. My family and I (the TMG team) are currently headed to Nashville, TN for the Investor Fuel Cashflow Mastermind with Corey Peterson and Mike Hambright. We are looking forward to reconnecting with friends, meeting new people in this space, and learning from the group on how to continue growing towards success. 

This coming month we are going to be reading Eat That Frog by Brian Tracey.
