Who is Thomson Multifamily Group?
We felt that it was important for us to introduce ourselves to the investing and financial freedom community. Those in the community have always been so open and welcoming about the strategies and methods that have worked for them and their clients. We have learned so much over the years from them but we feel that our unique experiences in investment opportunities and our own strategies are worth sharing to the larger community and public as well. It is our hope and our goal that we add new insights and value into the topics of multi family investing and syndication.
Sean Thomson, co-founder & CEO
Sean Thomson has spent the last decade perfecting his process of scouting, acquiring, and investing in real estate. He is passionate about creating value within every community in which he invests and making sure that this extends to every investor, broker, team member, and tenant.
Sean started his career in the cycling industry. He quickly became one of the best bicycle mechanics in the nation and was sought out by the United States Olympic cycling team to lead their mechanic team. His attention to detail and the ability to manage large-scale operations lead him to become interested in the real estate industry while still dealing with cycling. The more he learned about real estate, the more he knew it was the industry he wanted to be a part of. He made the transition from cycling to real estate in 2012. Sean started in the single-family space and has mastered this sector of the business since then.
Last year, Sean and his family decided to take the real estate game one step further by launching their multi-family real estate business, Thomson Multi-Family Group in October of 2019. He is passionate about taking the value he created in single-family space and translating this to multi-family. Sean’s investing success and skills helps him in supporting his family, community, and investors through proven real estate investing strategies. Thomson Multi-Family Group is a family business that is dedicated to building wealth for investors so that they can support their family, provide opportunities to their community, and achieve their version of their Next Level American Dream.
Abigail Thomson, co-founder & CMO
Abigail Thomson has been building the foundations of success through her attendance and graduation from the University of Arkansas Walton College of Business. She has been able to acquire knowledge and skills from experts in the industry during her time at the university, as well as watch and learn from her father over the years. This unique experience has allowed Abigail to be more than equipped and ready to tackle the real estate industry head on.
As the CMO of Thomson Multi-Family Group, Abigail has been able to effectively communicate the company’s goals and mission with all involved at every stage. She is able to bring a young perspective that creates a fresh and new dynamic to the group. She is constantly trying to innovate and bring creative ideas to the table. She is excited to take these concepts and create her version of the Next Level American Dream.
Our Goals & Commitment To You
We are intent on providing everyone the opportunity realize financial freedom through our investments while also producing high value content for our investors and the general public to learn, grow, and implement their own financial independence strategies.
That sounds great, but how do we intend to do this? Well, to start we are applying our decades of experience in sourcing, negotiating, and producing profits in single family investments to the apartment and multi-family real estate market. We’ve scaled our approach to single family residences to incorporate the unique challenges of multi family investments. It is our commitment that our investors see the same stress-free and hands-off return on investment that we’ve delivered to our single family property investors over the years.
Secondly, we hope to bring together interesting insights and useful experiences through our content on our digital properties so that everyone can learn and grow at their own pace and leisure. We are extremely excited to do that through our Next Level American Dream Podcast where we interview guests from multiple backgrounds, industries, and experiences. These podcasts and video interviews have been amazing for us and we’ve made sure to make them as easy for our audience to listen to and learn from as possible.
