I have some great November updates!

I have been loving the season change so far this year... and I've been lucky enough to experience it throughout the American West. Part of the Next Level American Dream for me is to support my desire to experience more places and explore the country with my family and do all the things I enjoy like riding and performing market research for our next multifamily real estate deal.

Diana and I went to go join Corey Peterson for his Big Kahuna mastermind and on the way we were able to get some scenery in beautiful Sedona, Arizona, throughout New Mexico, and have some fun in Phoenix! Being able to take some time to enjoy ourselves helped alleviate some of the nervous butterflies I still get at these masterminds.... knowing that I will have to present to a group of people. No matter how friendly, welcoming, and warm the group is (they are all those things) public speaking is still nerve racking.

But.... the reason we were all there made it exciting. Helping one another succeed and grow is really what drew me to this industry in the first place. It is so rewarding hearing about other's journeys. So much so that we love to feature a lot of them on our podcast (do you have a story to tell?). I ended up giving my presentation, got some great feedback, and ended the trip recharged and enthused about November.

The Kahuna Mastermind event and the trip was amazing. And it all wrapped up a month that is, once again, filled with some other great updates about what is going on with Thomson Multifamily Group.

  • We visited a property down in Port Arthur to do our due diligence for our investors.

  • We recorded a brand new series for our podcast that will launch this November. Right now we're calling it the "Next Level Chat" and we hope you'll enjoy it.

  • We are launching a website redesign to create a better community and experience for all of you! Stay tuned for this announcement!

OH! and before I sign off here... I just wanted to say thank you to all of you. As part of this thanks we have sent all of our approved investors some postcards as a nice hello. Please keep an eye out for this!
