Back to School DEALS
I hope you have had a smooth back-to-school and a safe holiday weekend. I wanted to connect and update you on what has been going on at TMG. In August, we traveled to Nashville, TN for the Investor Fuel Cashflow Mastermind. There we were able to network with some of the best operators in real estate, experience some live music, and collaborate on our continual growth as a business. Once we were back in Dallas, we kept up our networking efforts and have met so many new and incredible people throughout this month. In addition, we have dedicated a lot of time to refining our business operations even more and always chasing after deals.
Our greatest focus for August has obviously been working through the closing of our Irving acquisition. The challenges of closing a large deal are many and frequent. Preparing all the requested materials for the lender like inspections, budgets, banking, investment summaries, insurance, and many others. Preparing all of the legal documents like entity formation documents, investor PPM, and subscription agreements. Working with our property management team to take over the property and get our business plan off to a fast and successful start. It has been five and a half months so far and we still have a few weeks to go before we will be under management for this property. We are very excited about the potential of this property and creating an even nicer home for the residence.
As we head into September, we have re-engaged our deal-finding effort and will hopefully have a new deal to work on in the near future. If you are in our Investor Club you have or will receive more information on what the rest of this process will look like. September also has us attending several conferences so we can continue our networking and education. We are always striving to be better at our work.
This has been one of our most valuable quarters as we have learned more than imagined and connected with some truly amazing people. We are grateful for your support and look forward to even more great things to come.
